What is your typical time of delivery?

Most agricultural, industrial, commercial, institutional (ICI) appraisals are typically completed within a week of ordering. Residential form reports can be electronically delivered within 24 hours of inspection.

How far will you travel?

Our ICI coverage area expands through most parts of Southern Ontario including the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe and Southwestern Ontario (Windsor - Essex County, Chatham- Kent, Sarnia Lambton, Elgin and Middlesex Counties).

How widely accepted is your work?

All assignments are completed by experienced designated members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with excellent reputations and skill levels. Our network of established clientele is lengthy after 26 years of full service.
